I was born in Leipzig. Growing up in a country in which taking journeys of thoughts and traveling was limited. After the fall of the wall I was free to explore different journeys following an inside instinct of me.
For many years I have been working as a freelancer for theatre and film productions, mainly doing castings and working for the production department.
I am proud to be part of productions like:
"The Cut" by Fatih Akin
"The White Ribbon" by Michael Haneke
"Four Minutes" by Chris Kraus
"Ein Dorf schweigt" by Martin Enlen
"Freistatt" by Marc Brummund
and many other film - and documentary productions.
During a time, in which I was silent because of illness , photography became my language. Since 2010 I started my walks with my camera and photography became my passion.
Photography as my language in translating my thoughts into a vision.
Starting from Berlin my ways took me to exciting countries around the globe.
Through that journeys many exciting projects of exchange and intercultural dialogs could be created here in Berlin and in cooperation with France, Pakistan, Morocco and others.
I am doing street photography, reportages, portraits and fine art.
I am offering workshops in photography, communication, film production and human rights
